Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NMS Engineer to join our technical team at our Client location which is in Parel. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in Network Monitoring Systems and basic networking knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in IT infrastructure
and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage network performance using NMS tools.
  • Respond to network alerts and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for network incidents and service disruptions.
  • Generate and analyse network performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to resolve network-related issues.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and processes accurately.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with NMS tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, ManageEngine, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in NMS or network support.
