Endpoint Central – Technical Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Endpoint Central Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting endpoint management solutions using
ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Endpoint Central for patch management, software deployment, and asset tracking
  • Monitor endpoint security and ensure compliance
  • Provide L1/L2 support for endpoint-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-side problems
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation and reports

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience with Endpoint Central or similar tools
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, and IT asset management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
