Role Summary:
We are looking for a Presales Consultant – Backup Solutions with a strong technical background in data protection and backup technologies. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, deliver product demos, create solution proposals, and support technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their backup requirements.

Design and propose suitable backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the sales team to support RFPs/RFIs and PoCs.

Work with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation handovers.
Technical Expertise Required:

Hands-on experience with leading backup tools (e.g., Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Commvault, etc.).

Good understanding of storage, data retention policies, and disaster recovery planning.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.
